Sr Demand Generation Manager

As a Sr Demand Generation Manager, your mission is to work with the team to build, manage, and scale integrated demand generation campaigns and marketing programs across the full GTM funnel.

Outcomes & Activities

  • Drive Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the marketing+sales GTM funnel. Strategic planning + hands-on execution.
  • Own Marketing Programs: Build, operate, and scale marketing programs including email nurtures, paid media ads (ie Linkedin Ads, Google Ads), online events, and expansion marketing.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM: Build and scale marketing systems and operations to automate campaign execution and improve reporting.

Competencies

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in demand generation or B2B marketing roles within the technology or SaaS industries.
  • Systems: Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (ie HubSpot), as well as on reporting outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Culture fit: Collaborative, supportive team player, who can independently drive projects, check-in with team members for guidance, and focus on the needs of our customers.
  • Ideal: Experience with marketing to open source technical communities, as well as large enterprises in B2B SaaS and working within a startup environment.
